Privacy notice

This notice explains what information the East Gate Sourcing & Importing website collects and how it is used.

Quote and information requests

The Get a Quote form is provided by Jotform. When you submit it, your name, email, phone number, shipment details and any files you upload are sent to East Gate through Jotform so the team can respond to your request. A copy of the request is stored in East Gate's customer database so that it can appear in your dashboard and be managed by East Gate staff.

Customer accounts

If you create an account, we store your name, email address, phone number and optional business name. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider (Supabase) and are never visible to East Gate staff. A secure cookie keeps you signed in.

Who can see your information

You can see your own profile and requests. Authorised East Gate staff can see customer profiles and requests in order to handle them. Database access rules prevent customers from seeing anyone else's information.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. It does not use advertising cookies.
